if the credit card due is not paid for a month or two,will the police can take me to their custody,on bank's complaint? because the collection department agent of rbs is threatning me to pay or else i will be taken by police... in dubai.
kindly answer me at the earliest as i am really scared....

lol lol lol lol NOOOOOOO they are trying to scare you. It’s a tactic they have. It’s called “harassment from creditors”. Pay them when you get the money sweetie.
They cant call the cops, but they can take items equal to the value of money owed. or they can sue you, and cancel the credit cards.

In Dubai it just might happen. In the good ole USA that is a civil problem, not a criminal offense , so the police would not be involved unless you were sued by the card issuer, then the Sheriff’s Dept. would serve you with a summons to appear.
Well you should be OK, because Dubai has no
extradition with the U.S., (meaning even if you
were suspected of a crime in the U.S. the
police in Dubai cannot arrest you).
That’s why Dick Cheney has an estate there, so
if he’s indicted for war crimes he and his Halliburton
thugs can hide out.
There are politicians in the U.S. who are working
on bringing back the old “Debtor’s Prison”, so
they can put people in prison for not paying their
bills, but so far they haven’t passed it yet.
