can somebody help meh i added a visa card to my xbox 360 and i try to add microsoft points but it stand that the card cannot be authorize the selected payment option. please select different payment option or add a new one. please help

when i go there it jus has a edit button no remove?? says there is a problem with your payment option.
Yes they could, but you could sue them for that.
Once its removed its pretty much saying “I do not wish to make any further purchases with this card”. If they kept charging to your card you could sue them for a lot of money.

I try to remove it but it says “This payment option cannot be removed at this time. Go to the Payment method information page to view services associated? with this payment option.” i’m guessing you have to be silver cause I had my debit card on my friends account and it let me remove it on his and his was silver at the time, but mine is gold and it wont let me remove it and it’s not gold cause of the debit card I bought a year card, so i’m guessing I have to wait till it runs out? that sucks
